Dosha is the bio-energy that exist in all living being. It is the basic concept of Ayurveda for self-care and natural healing methods. There are three Doshas Vata, Pitta, Kapha. We need to keep our doshas balanced to remain healthy. If Doshas are unbalanced, then our physiological and metabolic systems are affected and we become unhealthy. For example if your Vata dosha is unbalanced you will have problems such as constipation or if your Pitta dosha is unbalanced your digestion and body temperature system will be unhealthy.
